He was enthusiastic and creative during the planning, willing to spend a significant amount of time brainstorming with us, considering multiple options and working around some of the problems with the original construction which limited our possibilities. His subcontractors were skilled and efficient, especially the carpenters, sheetrock installer, electrician and painters.
