Charges and Method of Payment METHOD OF PAYMENT Our company uses Paypal to facilitate easy payments, on one of the world’s most secured e-commerce sites, your payments are secure, and guaranteed! Paypal is easy to use and you can pay with your credit card of choice or with a direct bank draft from your bank account. I have used Paypal for years to make acquisitions and have used both bank drafts and credit cards, and I have never had any problems. Paypal is very tough on merchants who do not provide services for which they have been paid, and your payment is guaranteed for services charged, or your money back! We also offer for your convience, payment by Master Card or Visa. Please indicate your payment preference when you apply for our services. Home Inspections MONTHLY For monthly home inspections a charge of €150.00 will be made for an inspection. This includes travel to and from, inspection and mail retrieval, e-mail correspondence, and bill consignment to an accountant, if required.(Charges by any accountant for payment of bills, or any other service, are not included in our charge list.) €150.00 BI-MONTHLY For home inspections, a charge of €100.00 will be make for each inspection, with the same services as described above. €100.00 WEEKLY For weekly inspections, a charge of €75.00 will be made for each inspection, with same services as described above. €75.00 PAYMENT RULES Once you have filled out an application for our services, and we accept you as a client, our payment will be due upon completion of inspection, and notification by e-mail and submittal of a home checklist. Payment will be due within 48 hours of time that an e-mail from Houseworks Construction, Inc., has been sent. HOME REPAIRS Home repairs are subject to a base charge of €100.00 for initial inspection, and an additional cost of €50.00 per hour for on site management and or supervision during the course of repairs provided by ‘others’, (i.e., heating/AC contractors, plumbers, electricians, masons, furniture craftsmen, etc.). Service calls provided by ‘others’ will be on cost per job basis, and estimates will be submitted directly or by electronic mail prior to commencement of work. All work upon completion will be invoiced and payment can be made direct or can be made payable through Paypal, and will be required to be paid upon invoice within 48 hours. Home repairs and or services made by Houseworks Construction, Inc. directly, will be billed on a per hourly basis, for work that cannot be priced on a job basis. Hourly rate will be €50.00 (after initial inspection of €50.00), per hour, per person. Payment will be due as described above. Arrangements with Utility companies, such as phone, gas, and power, will be based on an initial €50.00 charge, and an additional charge of €40.00 per hour, whether arrangements are made on site, or by telephone. CONSULTING Consulting charges for all items such as negotiations, translations, licenses, and professional service arrangements (i.e., architectural, accountant, etc.) will be billed on an hourly basis of €100.00. Payment will be due directly or by Paypal, and will be required to be paid upon invoice within 48 hours. Charges by professional services will be paid directly to those whom perform those services, and their payment conditions will be separately negotiated. These services will not be paid through Houseworks Construction, Inc. but will be paid to those directly who perform those services.

Home Inspections

MONTHLY

For monthly home inspections a charge of €150.00 will be made for an inspection. This includes travel to and from, inspection and mail retrieval, e-mail correspondence, and bill consignment to an accountant, if required.(Charges by any accountant for payment of bills, or any other service, are not included in our charge list.)

BI-MONTHLY

For home inspections, a charge of €100.00 will be make for each inspection, with the same services as described above.

WEEKLY

For weekly inspections, a charge of €75.00 will be made for each inspection, with same services as described above.

PAYMENT RULES
