This house suffered major tornado damage in 1998 and required complete renovation to restore ranch style home to its original condition. The entire west wing of the house was destroyed, and a major portion of the central section was severely damaged. Renovation of the original intact portion of the house was restored and a remodel of the Master Bedroom & Bath was completed during renovation. Major renovation for total house was over $250,000. Award for Best Insurance repair 1999. Location in Atlanta Georgia.

The remodel for this house included the addition of a Master Bedroom & Bath, with a remodel of a 2 nd bedroom, hall foyer, and a major upgrade of all mechanicals during renovation. The Family Room was restored and the structural roof support system was replaced with engineered beams and then dressed with solid oak trim, to match the more historical period style of Frank Lloyd Wright prevalent in the United States of ranch homes in the 1950’s.
